Olea started as a twelve-table room on a quiet street. Today it is still a small kitchen with one rule: cook what is good this week, and cook it with care.
Our bread is baked every morning, our oil is pressed from a family grove in the north, and our wine list favours small producers from the Levant and the Mediterranean.
